Torque Measurement in Roll Forming

A European profile manufacturer measures torque directly on the drive shafts—displayed in real time on a tablet and transmitted via MQTT to the process data system. Faster ramp-up, less scrap.

How stable is the Arctic ice?

Researchers at the Alfred Wegener Institute (AWI) are using the coreFLANGE sensor to characterize the Arctic sea ice around Spitsbergen. Precise measurements of torque, axial force and acceleration during drilling provide objective data on the strength, density and porosity of the ice.

The HAEHNE DMX is a digital measuring amplifier for strain gauge force transducers, primarily used for web tension measurement. Using an app, measurement data can be displayed live, analyzed, and operating conditions monitored directly during operation.
