Precise sensor technology, intuitive live display, and automated documentation ensure that your pile foundation is transparent, safe, and demonstrably correct. The sensor system is immediately ready for use with its intuitive app for iOS and Android. Live feedback of torque, (measured!) depth, and speed provides greater safety and control during installation.
The app automatically generates reports for entire installation projects or individual piles. The sensor is compatible with various drives, such as hand-held screw-in machines, hydraulic excavator attachments, and self-propelled screw-in devices. The entire system is Made in Germany; rapid recalibration and provision of a loaner device is possible at any time.

SPC - Screw Pile Control
The SPC app is compatible with mobile Android and iOS devices.
We recommend a tablet in landscape format for optimal display.
Connect Sensor
Easy connection of sensors via Bluetooth in the app. As simple as connecting Bluetooth headphones.
Create Project
Selection or creation of a new project. A project is, for example, a construction site with 40 screws. In the input form, a project name, the installer’s name, and the planned number of piles are entered.
Create Piles
Within the project, piles receive a unique, sequential number upon creation. This is automatically suggested but can be overridden. In addition to several other optional entries, the target torque and base length are recorded here in particular.
When creating a new pile, all settings from the previous pile are automatically adopted but can be overridden.
Live Display During Screw-In
After the project and pile have been selected, the screw-in process and thus data recording can be started at the push of a button.
A clear dashboard displays the current torque, speed, and total rotations. If a depth sensor is used, this value is also displayed.
As soon as the torque reaches the target value, the live display turns green.
Complete Pile
After the pile has been properly screwed in, it can be completed. Resumption is possible at any time, for example, if working with multiple hydraulic drives.
Plan Deviations
If necessary, extensions can be recorded and documented. In addition, individual piles can be deleted and recreated at any time.
Project Overview
The project overview clearly displays all created, started, and completed piles.
Documentation
At any time, a .pdf report can be generated and shared at the push of a button for the current status of a project. This consists of a pile overview and a detail page with a torque chart per pile.
If desired, the underlying .csv files can also be provided and reused.
