Zwei Entscheidungen, kombinierbar. Der Flansch selbst bleibt immer gleich.
coreFLANGE misst und funkt per Bluetooth Low Energy. Intern bis 1.000 Hz abgetastet, per Funk bis 500 Hz übertragen, Reichweite bis 20 m.
1. Datenausgabe
coreVIEWER, per Bluetooth
Direkt an Smartphone oder Tablet, kein Gateway nötig. Live anzeigen, aufzeichnen und exportieren in der kostenfreien App.
coreGATE, in die Anlage
Ein coreGATE wandelt das Funksignal für Ihre Steuerung, je Variante eine Schnittstelle: 0…10 V, CAN oder RS232/422/485. USB ist bei jeder Variante zusätzlich möglich.
2. Versorgung
Integrierter Akku
Mobil und ohne Eingriff in die Maschine nachrüstbar. Laufzeit je nach Baugröße und Messrate, Standby rund ein Jahr.
Induktive Versorgung
Kontaktlose Dauerversorgung ohne Laufzeitgrenze und ohne Ladepausen, für die dauerhafte Überwachung im laufenden Antriebsstrang. Nur in Verbindung mit einem coreGATE.
