A growing order volume, an expanded team, and new, spacious premises: at core sensing, 2023 continues to be marked by growth. Existing customer relationships were strengthened and new, exciting projects launched—most of them still under confidentiality. Particularly pleasing is the increasing trend toward cloud solutions, reflected in more than 50% of the projects carried out. core sensing provides its customers with a comprehensive Sensor IoT platform that, in addition to the relevant hardware, also offers mobile apps and cloud-based software solutions.
In September 2023, another important step was taken in the development of core sensing. After a waiting period of more than a year, the company moved into its new development and production facilities—an extensive expansion from 350 m² to a full 1,500 m². The new premises extend over two floors and offer both a mechanical production area including a loading ramp and a contiguous office complex with a modern and welcoming reception area.
Capacity for production, assembly, and quality assurance has been significantly expanded. More than 15 permanently installed production and assembly stations with numerous workspaces now enable series production and testing of sensor assemblies, IoT gateways, and electronic components. In assembly alone, more than 20 ergonomic workstations have been created.
As a further step toward professionalization and ensuring the highest quality, we are already working on implementing a quality management system in accordance with DIN ISO 9001 and an information security management system in accordance with DIN ISO/IEC 27001.

Of course, fun is not neglected at core sensing either: on October 13, the new premises were officially inaugurated in the presence of employees, shareholders, partners, and family members. In addition to small-group tours and a short presentation on the company’s history, the program also included joint activities such as barbecuing, playing table tennis, and face painting for children. The relaxed atmosphere provided an opportunity for exchange and for strengthening relationships.
