The 4th Compressed Air Days, which took place from March 8 to 9, 2024, in Einbeck, were a complete success. Organized by Airgroup GmbH & Co. KG, the event attracted numerous visitors and experts from the compressed air industry to southern Lower Saxony.
Focusing on the most pressing questions of our time
The event focused on the latest trends and developments in compressed air technology. In numerous technical presentations and workshops, participants were able to learn about topics such as the shortage of skilled workers, energy efficiency, the optimization of compressed air systems, and leakage management. A particular focus this year was on sustainability. Several presentations and discussion rounds explored how the compressed air industry can contribute to sustainability through increased efficiency.
MABE Smart Control: Successful presentation at the Compressed Air Days
Together with our partner Maschinen und Behälterbau GmbH, a subsidiary of Poppe + Potthoff GmbH, we presented our newly developed product, MABE Smart Control, at the Compressed Air Days. During a technical presentation, Markus Hessinger (Co-founder & CTO, core sensing) and our partner jointly presented the advantages of the system for the intelligent monitoring of compressed air systems. Presented to a wide range of users for the first time, the system met with great interest from the trade visitors, who were impressed by the solution’s numerous benefits.
MABE Smart Control – An intelligent system for efficient compressed air
MABE Smart Control is a cloud-based system that monitors and analyzes compressed air consumption in real time using sensors. The data obtained is visualized in a clear dashboard, so that the user has an overview of the status of their compressed air system at all times.

Live presentation and expert discussions
At the Compressed Air Days in Einbeck, visitors were able to experience MABE Smart Control live in action. At our exhibition stand, we presented the system’s functions and demonstrated how simple and intuitive it is to use.
Furthermore, our experts held numerous technical discussions with interested visitors. It became clear that there is a great demand in the industry for intelligent solutions to optimize compressed air systems. Especially for small and medium-sized enterprises, the efficiency and sustainability of compressed air systems can be significantly improved through simple installation on the pressure vessel and intuitive operation via app and cloud.
Trade visitors, primarily consisting of providers and installers of compressed air systems, are looking forward very positively to the sales launch of MABE Smart Control to optimize their customers’ compressed air systems in terms of safety, sustainability, and efficiency.
