Easier than ever: Measure torque and power between tractor and implement<\/h2>

Modern agriculture has long relied on Smart Farming for increased efficiency.  The key to this are precise sensor values that enable intelligent machine control and more economical processes. Powerful hardware and software allow for these measurements \u2013 quickly, easily, and precisely. And so, in the context of intelligent agriculture, it is already effortlessly possible today to better coordinate, for example, a tractor-implement combination.  <\/p>

Integrated Torque Sensors Open Up New Possibilities<\/span><\/h3>

Torque sensors at the interface between the tractor and the implement play an important role in the increasing automation of agricultural machinery.  Smart sensor technology enables control of the tractor to be optimally adapted to soil conditions or the crop, and allows machines to be operated at their optimal load point while simultaneously preventing overloads. In this way, smart integrated torque sensors make a valuable contribution to greater efficiency and safety in agricultural processes within the context of intelligent agriculture. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Smart PTO Drive Shaft with Integrated Sensor from core sensing<\/span><\/h2>

Our intelligent PTO drive shaft features a sensor directly integrated into the drive component. This allows for full torque and power measurement during operation, including direct wireless transmission of measurement data to a suitable interface. <\/p>

This makes it possible, for example, to connect the drive shaft to the vehicle control system or a diagnostic system for remote maintenance. Algorithms evaluate data here and detect, among other things, possible overloads or wear-related failures early on. As a result, machine reliability increases, which can be further enhanced through load-oriented maintenance of the drive components. <\/p>
